Generator process flow

Winding:

Use special equipment to wind the enameled wire to form a coil.

Binding:

Preliminary binding of insulation materials for coils.

Forming:

Pull the coil into a frame type coil. The frame type coil takes the inner and outer circles of the motor stator and iron core as the standard to form a centripetal angle grounding coil.

Shaping:

Reshape the insulating material to avoid inconvenience when inserting wires.

Binding:

Wrap the insulating materials again as required.

Hot Pressing:

Hot pressing the packed materials.

Withstand Voltage Test:

Inspect and correct the quality of previous processes.

Embedded Wire:

Several external leads after withstand voltage.

Paint Dipping:

Several lead wires shall be introduced after withstand voltage; cure the insulation of the bar and the conductor inside and outside the slot to prevent vibration from damaging the insulation structure.
